St. John's welcomes all children to come and join us for these programs...

Rotation Sunday School Workshop

Workshop Rotation, the children's Sunday school program combines the newest concepts in education with the Biblical teachings of traditional Sunday school. Today's children learn through visualization, and hands-on experiences. The goal of Workshop Rotation is to take an ordinary Sunday school classroom and transform it into a full scale-learning environment including sounds, aromas, hands-on activities and an overall visually stimulating environment.

The God Squad is our newly renamed Sunday night programming for all children in grades 1 through 6 – meeting Sunday nights from 6 to 8 p.m. Following a Snack Supper the children divide into two groups for activities to include drama, art, games, movement and more.

Kids for Christ - Mission Possible

Mission Possible encourages children to think beyond themselves and to focus on serving their church, their community and their world. January’s project saw kids using multiple vacuum cleaners to thoroughly vacuum each church pew and pew cushion. February’s mission was to learn about the Savutos’ ministry in Kenya and to create handmade “Encourage Grams” for the Savutos, the hospital staff and the others who work with the AIDS orphans. After completing six successful missions an agent can be promoted to Special Agent.
