St. John’s supports the Santa Fe Community Farm as a service project
We are pleased to announce that we have given financial support for two worthwhile projects that meet the Foundation’s criteria - one for education and the other to improve our property. Church Administrator Sue Byrne received financial assistance ($750) to attend training that is pertinent to her job and $1,442 was provided to cover some of the costs of updating our sound equipment in the Sanctuary due to frequency changes in the community imposed by Homeland Security. Over the intervening months until our next grant cycle in late March, be thinking of other grants that would benefit our operations, outreach program, properties, education, and the church’s other regular programs.
